Tomato Catsup
- 1 gallon tomato pulp
- 3 quarts vinegar
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 4 Tbsps horseradish, grated
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 3 large onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
Stew the tomatoes sufficiently to be strained through a colander. Add the remaining ingredients to the pulp. Boil until quite thick.
