Tomato and Rice with Bacon

  • 1 quart cooked rice
  • 10 ounce tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 strips bacon
Heat the rice, then stir into it the tomato puree. Arrange in a mound on a hot plate and top each porting with 3 strips of bacon. Serves 4.
