Tomato and Cheese Salad
- Tomatoes
- American Cheese
- Mayonnaise
Peel and slice evenly some large tomatoes. Cut thin slices of the cheese, just as large as tomato rounds. Put one slice between two of tomato, making a sandwich, and as you do so spread each slice with a little mayonnaise. Put sandwich on leaf of lettuce, one for each hungry guest, and top with 1 teaspoon stiff mayonnaise.
