Three Minute Chocolate Frosting
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 squares chocolate
Blend butter and sugar, stir in milk, vanilla and egg, and the chocolate which has been melted and cooled. Set in bowl of ice water and beat with rotary beater for 3 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
