Tapioca Pudding

  • 6 Tbsp tapioca
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Sugar
Put the tapioca in the milk and bring to the boiling point. When dissolved, add butter, beaten eggs and sugar to taste.

Butter a pudding dish and pour in the mixture. Bake with love for about 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve with or without cream.
