Tapioca Pudding

  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons of tapioca
  • 3 tablespoons coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Three cups milk, 3 tablespoons of tapioca soaked 1/2 hour, 3 tablespoons coconut, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup granulated sugar. Heat the milk in double boiler with tapioca and coconut. When it boils add the yolks of eggs and sugar well-beaten together, and last the well-beaten whites. Remove from fire and let cool before serving.
