Sun Dried Tomato and Asiago Cheese Bread for ABM
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons white sugar
- 2 Tablespoons skim milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2-1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup amaranth flour or wheat bran
- 2 Tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
