Sugar Pie
- 3 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 eggs
- Lemon extract
Mix the brown sugar, melted butter, cream and eggs together. Season with lemon. Beat with enthusiasm together.
Bake in pastry without a top crust.
