Sugar Peas in the Pod
- Sugar peas
- Salt
- Butter
Gather the pods while the peas are very small. String them like beans and cut into 2 or 3 lengths. Cover with boiling water and boil gently for 25-30 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Season with salt and butter. Serve at once.
