Sugar Candy
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Boil without stirring, until brittle. Pour on a buttered dish and pull until white and light.
