Suet Pudding
- 6 ounces suet, very finely chopped
- 6 ounces flour
- 2 ounces breadcrumbs
- Pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 8 Tbsp milk
- Butter
Put the chopped suet in a boil with the flour, breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt. Add the milk to the beaten eggs and stir into the first mixture. Beat with enthusiasm all together.
Butter a pudding mold and pour the pudding in. Cover very closely and boil for 2 hours.
