Suet Crust for Dumplings

  • 1/2 lb beef suet, picked & chopped
  • 1 1/4 lb flour
  • Salt
  • 1/2 pint milk or water
Add flour, a little salt and milk to the chopped beef suet. Beat it well with the rolling pin and roll, roll, roll out 1/2 inch thick.
