Strawberry Sherbet
- 1 pint of berries
- 1 pint of granulated sugar
- 1 pint of water
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon of gelatine
One pint of berries, one pint of granulated sugar, one pint of water, juice of two lemons, one tablespoon of gelatine. Dissolve the gelatine in the water; add berries and sugar, and last of all the lemon juice. Stir lightly and freeze.
