Strawberries, Romanoff
- 1 quart strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ounce curacao
- 2 ounce brandy
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 pint cream, whipped
Wash and hull strawberries, add sugar, curacao and brandy. Let stand for approximately an hour. When ready to serve, beat softened ice cream; fold in whipped cream and strawberries. Serve in parfait glasses with a large strawberry on top of each.
