Stewed Potatoes

  • Cold, boiled potatoes, diced
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 heaping Tbsp butter
  • 1 heaping Tbsp flour
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
Season the diced potatoes with pepper and salt.

Melt the butter in a stew pan. Add flour and stir until smooth. Pour in the milk. When it begins to thicken, stir in the potatoes and the chopped parsley. Simmer until the potatoes are thoroughly hot.

Serve in a covered dish.
