Squash Pie
- 1 pint squash, boiled dry
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsps molasses
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 pint milk
- Crust
Mix all of the ingredients well together. Put the filling in the cust. Bake in a moderately quick oven at 375 degrees F. This recipe makes 2 pies or 1 large deep one.
