Spinach
- Spinach
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- Hard boiled eggs
Wash the spinach. Put into boiling water and cook for 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Drain thoroughly in a colander and then chop quite fine. Put back on the stove. Add butter, pepper and salt to taste. Put in a dish and garnish with hard boiled eggs.
