Spanish Green Olive Club Sandwiches

  • 2 slices bread
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise
  • Hearts of lettuce leaves
  • Green olives
  • Bacon, broiled
  • Watercress
Toast 2 slices of bread. Remove crusts. Butter lightly and let cool. Spread thickly with mayonnaise. On one slice of bread, place hearts of lettuce leaves then spread with stuffed green olives cut in rings. On the other portion of bread, arrange slices of broiled bacon. Garnish with watercress.
