Shredded Ham with Currant Jelly Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup currant jelly
- Dash Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 1 cup cooked meat, julienne
- Toast
Put butter and currant jelly in chafing dish. When melted, add Cayenne pepper, sherry wine and the meat, shredded. Simmer 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve on toast. Serves 3.
