Scrambled Tomatoes

  • 1 dozen tomatoes
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 5-6 eggs, beaten
Remove the skin from the tomatoes. Cut them up in a saucepan. Add a little butter, pepper and salt. When sufficiently boiled, beat up the eggs and just before serving, add the eggs into the saucepan with the tomatoes. Stir one way for 2 minutes, allowing them time to be thoroughly done.
