Scrambled Mutton
- 2 cups cooked mutton, chopped
- 2 Tbsps hot water
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 3 eggs
- Pepper
- Salt
Heat up the mutton in water and butter. When the meat is hot, break in 3 eggs. Stir constantly until the eggs begin to stiffen. Season with pepper and salt.
