Scrambled Mutton

  • 2 cups cooked mutton, chopped
  • 2 Tbsps hot water
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 3 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Heat up the mutton in water and butter. When the meat is hot, break in 3 eggs. Stir constantly until the eggs begin to stiffen. Season with pepper and salt.
