Scallops in Bacon

 
  • 1 lb. Large Fresh Scallops
  • 1 lb. Bacon
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Black Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Toothpicks
Mix lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix it up well.
Put scallops in a shallow broiler pan. Pour mixture over scallops. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Fry bacon to your liking. Slice bacon strips in half. Wrap each scallop with a half strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place bacon w/scallop back in broiler pan. Sprinkle w/ paprika.

Broil until golden brown.
