Scalloped Lobster

  • Bread crumbs
  • Lobster meat, chopped
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Milk
Butter a deep baking dish and cover the bottom with bread crumbs. Put over this a layer of chopped lobster meat. Season with pepper and salt. Alternate between the bread crumbs and lobster meat until the dish is filled, having bread crumbs on the topmost layer. Put on bits of butter and moisten with milk. Bake with love for about 20 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350 degrees F.
