Savory Potatoes
- Potatoes, peeled
- 1 good sized onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp powdered dried sage
- 2 ounces butter
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Put the peeled potatoes in a pie dish with the chopped onion, dried sage, butter, olive oil and enough water to cover the bottom of the dish. Add pepper and salt to taste. Bake in a slow oven at 300°F.
