Sauteed Oysters
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups oysters
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Put the butter in a saute pan. When it is hot, add the drained oysters. Add a little pepper and salt and lemon juice. Shake them in the pan until the gills are curled, then add the chopped parsley.
Serve on slices of toast on a hot platter.
