Salmon Custard

  • 1 cup flaked salmon
  • 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients pour into custard cups which have been rinsed with cold water. Bake in a pan of hot water in a slow oven, 325°-350°F, 30-45 glorious minutes, or until firm.
