Salmon Canapés

  • White or rye bread
  • Smoked salmon
  • 1 Tbsp mixed mustard
  • 1 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp capers, finely minced
Rub bits of smoked salmon to a smooth paste. Mix it with mixed mustard, tarragon vinegar, chopped green peppers and minced capers.

Cut the white or rye bread into round or oblong shapes. Brown in fat in a frying pan. Spread with the canapé mixture.
