Salad a la Prince of Wales
- 3 hard-cooked egg yolks
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- Vinegar
- Finely chopped onion
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon French mustard
- 10 cleaned sardines
- 1 cup of cress
- 1 cup finely cut endives.
Cream yolks of 3 hard-cooked eggs with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and little finely chopped onion, some chopped parsley, and add 1 tablespoon capers, 1 tablespoon French mustard, 10 cleaned sardines, a cup of cress and 1 cup finely cut endives.
