Sabayon Sauce with Brandy

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs yolks
  • 2 ounce dry wine, white
  • 3 ounce brandy
  • Vanilla Flavor
Mix sugar, egg yolks and white wine in top of double boiler; beat until thickened, while cooking over boiling water. Flavor with vanilla, add brandy, serve hot.
