Remoulade Sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup olive oil
- Juice 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons capers
- A little onion juice
Time for preparing is one hour. Mayonnaise is prepared in the usual manner and the thoroughly whipped cream and condiments are added.
