Ready Pudding
- 1 quart milk
- 1 lb flour
- 6 eggs, egg yolks & egg whites beaten separately
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsps sugar
Mix the milk and flour together to make a batter. Add the eggs, sugar and salt. It should be as stiff as can possibly be stirred with a spoon. Dip a spoonful at a time into quick boiling water. Boil for 5-10 minutes and take out. Serve hot with sauce or syrup.
