Raspberry Vinegar
- 4 quarts red raspberries
- Vinegar
- 1 pound of sugar
- 1 pint of juice
To 4 quarts red raspberries, put enough vinegar to cover, and let them stand 24 hours; scald and strain, add 1 pound of sugar to 1 pint of juice, boil 20 minutes and bottle while hot. It is then ready for use and will keep for years. To one glass of water add a tablespoonful of the liquid. Good in case of sickness.
