Raspberry Sherbet

  • 1 quart water
  • 1 pound sugar
  • 3 lemons, grated peel and juice
  • 2 pints raspberries
Boil sugar and water with grated rind, juice and cleaned berries until berries are mushy. Strain and freeze.
