Radish Chutney

  • 1 pound large white radishes
  • 1 cup milk curd
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  • Salt to taste
Shred the washed radishes very fine, mix with other ingredients to make a smooth, moist paste. Serve soon after making.
