Prune Whip
- Sweeten to taste
- 3/4 pounds prunes
- 4 eggs
Sweeten to taste and stew 3/4 pounds prunes. When cold remove seeds, add whites 4 eggs beaten stiff and stir all together till light, put in dish and bake 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). When cold serve proudly with cream.
