Prune Pudding

  • 1 cup of prunes
  • 1/2 cup of sugar,
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 heaping teaspoon cream tartar
One cup of prunes, seeded and chopped fine, 1/2 cup of sugar, whites of 7 eggs beaten stiff, 1 heaping teaspoon cream tartar. Mix thoroughly and bake 1/2 hour in a medium hot oven.
