Princess Salad
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- 5 spears of asparagus tips
- 2 strips of julienne pimientos
- 1 strip of green pepper
- French dressing
On a bed of lettuce, place a slice of ripe, peeled tomato; atop this arrange 5 spears of asparagus tips, and band them with 2 strips of julienne pimientos and 1 strip of green pepper. Serve with French dressing.
