Potatoes Sautees au Beurre
- Potatoes
- Butter
- Salt
Cut the potatoes into small balls about the size of a marble using a vegetable cutter. Put in a stew pan with plenty of butter and a good sprinkling of salt. Keep the saucepan covered. Shake it occasionally until they are quite done which should take about an hour.
