Potatoes a la Creme

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp butter, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 cups cold boiled potatoes, sliced
  • A little parsley, very finely chopped
Heat the milk. Slowly stir in the butter and flour. Stir constantly until smooth and thick. Pepper and salt and add the sliced potatoes and parsley. Shake on the stove until the potatoes are thoroughly hot. Pour into a deep dish.
