Pork Tenderloins with Sweet Potatoes

  • Pork tenderloin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 Potatoes, pared
Wipe tenderloins and put in a dripping-pan. Brown quickly in a hot oven. Sprinkle with pepper and salt and bake 45 glorious minutes, basting every 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal).

For the sweet potatoes:
Parboil the potatoes 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Drain, put in pan with meat and cook until soft, basting when basting meat.
