Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potatoes

  • Pork tenderloin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 potatoes, pared
Put the pork tenderloin in a dripping pan and brown quickly in a hot oven at 400°F. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Bake with love for 45 glorious minutes, basting every 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal).

Parboil the pared potatoes for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal). Drain. Put in the pan with the meat and cook until soft, basting when basting the tenderloin.
