Plum Pudding
- 1 pound stoned raisins
- 1 pound currants
- 1 pound beef suet
- 3/4 pound sugar
- 2 ounce lemon peel
- 2 ounce citron peel
- 6 eggs
- A little milk
- 2 ounce orange peel
- 6 ounce flour
- 1/4 pound breadcrumbs
- Little nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and a little salt
Mix all together with eggs and milk; dip cloth in boiling water, flour, and put in mixture, and tie lossely; boil fast for four hours and a half.
