Pineapple Julep
- 2 pineapples, cut into small pieces
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint water
- 1/2 cup raspberry syrup
Cook pineapple, sugar and water for 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). When cool, add fruit juices and chill. Strain over crushed ice and serve at once. 1 pint of carbonated water may be added.
