Pie Meringue
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps sugar
Beat egg whites until very stiff and add 1 tsp of sugar. Beat again, then add a moderate amount of of the lemon juice. Beat, then add more sugar and continue doing this until all but 1 tsp of sugar is used. Then, fold that in, put mixture on finished pie and bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees F.
