Pickled Peaches
- Peaches
- Brine
- Allspice
- Pepper
- Ginger
- Horseradish
- Turmeric
- Vinegar
Put the peaches in strong brine and set aside and take a deep breath for 3-4 days. Take the peaches out and wipe them dry. Put in a pot with allspice, pepper, ginger and horseradish. Boil some turmeric in the vinegar. Pour it over the peaches hot.
