Peach Ice Cream

  • 1 1/2 pints cream
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 4 cups peaches, peeled & crushed
  • 2/3 cup sugar
Crush peaches and add sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Mix cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour into a cooled container and freeze partially hard or mushy. Add the peaches. Continue to freeze until hard.
