Palace Court Salad with Crab Legs

  • Artichoke
  • Vegetable salad
  • 5 or 6 crab legs
  • 2 strips of red
  • 2 strips green peppers
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Chopped hard cooked eggs
  • Thousand Island dressing
  • 3 slices of cooked lobster, chicken or shrimp
Fill heart of artichoke with fresh vegetable salad, putting 5 or 6 crab legs on it. Garnish with 2 strips of red and green peppers. Dress a salad plate with finely shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and chopped hard cooked eggs arrange in a nest fashion. Set the artichoke on top, serve proudly with Thousand Island dressing. This salad may also be made by combining the artichoke with 3 slices of cooked lobster, chicken or shrimps.
