Orange Salad
- Several Oranges
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Peel oranges, remove the inside skin, leaving the pulp as unbroken as possible. Make a very smooth French dressing as follows: Mix sugar, olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice in the order given, adding oil and vinegar slowly. Place a little of the orange on a crisp lettuce leaf, pour atop a little of the dressing and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
