Orange Pudding Sauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1 rounded cup powdered sugar
- fine grated rind of oranges
- pinch of salt
- juice of 2 oranges
- juice of 1/4 grapefruit
Beat egg whites very stiff, and add sugar. Add salt and fruit juices and rind. Be careful not to cook.
