Orange Jelly
- 1/2 box of gelatin
- 1 pint cold water
- 1/2 pint boiling water
- 1 cup sugar, sifted
- Juice of 6 large oranges
- Rind of 1 orange, grated
Soak the gelatin in cold water for about an hour.
Add boiling water, sifted sugar, orange juice juice and grated orange rind. Stir well all together.
When sugar and gelatin are dissolved, pour into a mold. Set in the refrigerator.
